December 29, 2019 - Geeks talk a lot about wines that could pass for real Champagne, but few when put to the test really do. This one DID and it did it among vintage bottles of the marquee Champagne names. Spot-on flavor, complexity and texture. Very very impressive.

October 6, 2019 - Consistent with previous bottles tasted November, 2016 and March, 2017. Pale yellow in color, this sparkling wine revealed apricot, pear and white flowers on the nose. The mouth feel was bone dry but brought crisp acidity and subtle citrus undertones. The finish brought more of the dry elements out. 12% abv.
Tasted at home in Wilmington, DE. The bone dry element requires this offering to be served with food, preferably oysters. -

March 2, 2019 - Dinner with Tom and Deb Mortimer of Le Cadeau: A Mix of Le Cadeau and Other Gems (I Nonni, St. Paul, MN): Something not right here. Weird vegetal, skunk cabbage nose. Tom and Deb say, nothing like it should be.
