    February 13, 2012 - - Light gold color and aromas of lemon. It's balanced with a medium body. Silky texture with a long finish - Green apple and honey one the Jose. Ripe green apple, lemon and spice (cinnamon?) on the palate with tons of structure and acidity. Still young, but drinking nicely. Smooth on the palate and very balanced wine. Long, crisp, citrusy finish. Great wine. Wish I had more. Made in a Chablis style. Very little oak on nose or palate.

    July 10, 2009 - beautifully soft silky mouthfeel that opens up to apples and citrus with peach pit and zesty grapefruit on the finish. Long lingering acidity with a smathering of forest floor on the backside. Drank over Three days and still going strong.
