October 6, 2016 - Characteristically pinot noir to look at - light red, almost translucent. A strong nose of plum and other dark fruits. Very smooth taste at the start (almost a little too so). Not much flavour mid-way through, though a tad more oomph towards the finish. A very soft aftertaste, which may not be to your liking if you prefer dry wine. Probably would go well with an inexpensive Indian, red meat curry.
