September 4, 2020 - Unusually dark for a rosé, nose of figs, strawberry jam, and a little smoke too. Palate has unexpectedly bitter note in the back palate, with some fruit still there, but it could use some more acidity and freshness. It’s fine, but given the price, I am a little disappointed.

August 30, 2020 - Dark for rosé. Intensely fruity, including over ripe and stewed fruit notes, to the point of lacking sense of place. Lacking earth and mineral substance. Acid seems to be fading. Tasty enough. Drink soon. Poor QPR.

January 3, 2018 - Autumn red orange color, good clarity and foamy mouse. The smells are strawberry, cherry, rose petals, sweet cinnamon spice, brown sugar, and minerality. The tastes are cherry, raspberry, wet stone, cinnamon, and sweet spice. Wonderful acidity and sweet aromatics.

January 1, 2018 - Brilliant pale orangey-red color that feels correct for 100% Pinot Noir. Closer to Extra Dry than Brut, has complex flavors of cherry, orange rind and graham cracker.
