June 7, 2021 - Tart sweet and sour cherry; some tannin; sweet finish.
May 7, 2021 - Light nose; sweet light cherry, licorice and deep earthy-berry fruit; balanced; soft tannin; long finish.
April 18, 2021 - Poured with a medium dark red. Lots of red fruit and tar on the nose accompanied by a meatiness for a full mouthful. Perhaps just past it prime but still a terrific wine.
September 16, 2020 - Sweet cherry with licorice; some noticeable tannin; nice finish.
August 13, 2020 - Poured to a medium dark coloring with a hint of ruby on the rim. This wine has filled since I last opened one (8 years back). The aromas and flavors haven't changed much, red fruit and tar on the nose and tip of the tongue, accompanied by some meatiness not seen before. Incredibly smooth finish.
July 11, 2020 - Light nose; light cherry; a bit tight; moderate finish.
December 22, 2018 - Excellent fuller body Barolo still holding up well.
