December 9, 2022 - Double decant, cork came out easy. 50% saturated.

Dark garnet, 80% opaque, lighter rim.

Nose is a nice mix of tobacco, dried rose petals, mint and raspberry.

Palate is medium dark fruits, mint with good acidity and very present
    tannins that are very fine.

This still seem less developed than you would expect, but I guess 94 just continues to show what a beast of a vintage it is.

very good port that will need som more time (5 years?)

Edit for day 2: this has rounded out a bit but also put on som weight in the mid palate.
I am sure this will score 2-3 points higher in 5-10 years time.

April 29, 2021 - Starting shy, the first days, with a lean body and noticeable tannins, but after a few days the bouquet became generous with dark fruit and a soft spicy aspect. The midtaste grew to a smooth and concentrated level while this port kept its relative dryness and a minty hint. The tannins are well covered by its body; lovely and elegant stuff.

February 22, 2021 - A really excellent aged port. Super smooth. Drank over two weeks, was great the whole time.

April 24, 2019 - Drunk over several days with bottle decanted and resealed after each tasting.
Clear, deep garnet, with long legs - very little deposit, very fine.
Clean medium nose of bramble and black cherry, tending towards cooked blackberry, some coffee and tobacco.
Sweet, with medium acidity and medium (-) tannin.
High alcohol, full body with pronounced flavours of blackberry and black cherry, stewed plum, with chocolate and coffee, black pepper, with a long finish.
Drinking well now, but would have probably developed more tertiary aromas and flavours with further bottle ageing.
