September 9, 2018 - Needs air. Lemon and stone. Thight. Best on day three. Wait at least two more years before opening next bottle.

December 3, 2017 - Tasted immediately after opening. Pale straw colour. A fine Mâcon displaying notes of lemon peel, white stone fruit, crushed rocks and smoke. A touch restrained, but there's more than enough flavour to match the wine’s body and structure. Easy to drink and easy to like!

Medium (+) taste of yellow apples, ripe lemon, charred wood, chalk, vanilla, butter and wet stone. Long and dry finish. Medium acidity. Medium body. A very good and well matured Mâcon-Chardonnay that drinks well now. Goes well with cheese, fish or shellfish.
