May 6, 2020 - In a perfect place for current drinking. Friendly, maturing fruit with some leathery notes. Light body perfect for my enchilada pie. Barnaby's high acid, low wood style isn't for everyone, but I liked this a lot.

May 6, 2020 - Fizz and offputting, plastic-y off-odors, a secondary ferment. Fed it to the rhododendrons.

December 22, 2018 - very light color. mildly aromatic with nutty, earthy sour cherry, no new oak. on the palate high acidity, low to moderate breath of palate, low to moderate amount of tannins that are barely ripe, low alcohol. balanced with with shortish length, ok intensity and complexity. drink now... a pleasant wine that isn't terribly crowd pleasing i'd guess.

August 26, 2018 - Had with duck. I like the carbonic maceration on this, pepper and crunchy, taut acidity. Lots of fruit in the nose, great food wine.
