August 16, 2019 - Dorado. Nariz con mucho volumen, hay toffees, caramelo de nata y fresa, miel, licor de avellanas, azúcar quemado. En boca tiene excelente ataque, cierta cremosidad, amargoso, con toques salinos, sensaciones licorosas, estructura media y gran persistencia. Otra joya de la bodega...

November 7, 2018 - 100 % Pedro Ximenes. A difficult wine to judge. Floral aromas with honey, sherry and some woody notes. Pronounced Sherry on the palate. Dry, with evident tannins. Impressive. But I am am not sure if I like it. Why put white wine on sherry barrels?

July 28, 2017 - Loads of honey, a bit mint and very alcoholic. A bit like Viognier taste feel but much much honey!
