January 15, 2021 - First time having K Vintners. Incredibly ripe with a strong backbone. Youthful. Reminds me of Paso Syrah.

July 31, 2020 - Decanted 2 hours. Very ripe, with lots of plum and fig primary fruit, with blackberry showing more secondary. Alcohol is apparent on the nose and palate. This is a massive wine, almost overdone if not for the impressive structure that molds the huge fruit weight. Drinking nicely with air (I'd recommend at least a 2 hour decant) but could really lay down another few years. Drink 2022 - 2033+.

May 23, 2020 - Open about 2 hours. Spectacular but so young. Delicious now but only a teaser of what this is gonna to be in 5+ years.

April 29, 2020 - Just fantastic. I got more red Berry fruits and cherries. Others had a little darker profile. Hints of olive. Nice spices. Wonderful long finish

March 18, 2020 - Wine has come together very well with a few years in the bottle. Aromas of dark berries, plum. Medium tannins, smooth. Nice long finish. A big, bold Syrah.

January 11, 2020 - I’ve held onto this bottle for a while. I have one more. 1hr decant. Expressive nose upon opening, which muted a bit after some time. Blackberry, black cherry, graphite, very subtle hints of oak. Good fruit, dry with medium acidity, medium+/bold with a medium+/long finish.

December 28, 2019 - This wine started out a bit of a train wreck all hot and disjointed, but after a few hours settled down into a nice syrah with dark bright berries and a bit of sea brine.
