January 11, 2024 - Upon opening, the nose had the over the hill quality. After a decant and 45 min breath, this really opened up. It's rich, almost full bodied, and still has a nice background tannin structure. I would say this is just past peak, but still outstanding.

EDIT....This is definitely on it's last legs. I just opened a 2015 Lumpp Givey premier cru and it blows it away. None of that mushroom nose. Drink up on the Joblot.

February 26, 2023 - {Bought on release, #2 of 12, sound cork} served from cellar, too cold, nonetheless initially delicious, crisp red>>black cherry fruits, medium+ body, good finish. With time ... More of the same. Delicious. Wonderful breadth of palate,. Givry body & depth. When this wine is mature predict delicious, full wine that is an exemplar for newbies.

October 20, 2022 - Same vintage and produced exactly the same way as the Clos du Cellier aux Moines tasted beside it. Vineyards are next to each other, but the wines are very different. Servoisine is rustic and powerful, the Clos du Cellier aux Moines much more elegant and floral. Great terroir expression. I prefer the Servoisine.
