March 11, 2024 - Deep gold, apple juice nose, dead palate. Premoxed.
February 12, 2024 - Premox. Nose was worse than the palate, too bad- I normally love this wine
December 2, 2023 - A bday dinner (Orrery, London): Three very consistent bottles. Ever so young and still with so much puppy fat to burn through and frankly the oak is a bit on the heavier side than it needs to be at this age especially. Bright and full of energy still, bright wine, stone fruits, light floral more oaky though with the full on dynamics there, honey, vanilla and buttery texture. Lots of life ahead here and would love to see this once it evolves more. 92 for now
October 27, 2023 - Shade deeper; classy nose, text book Puligny; lovely shape, rich; grand finish. Enjoy now & next five years
September 28, 2023 - Pale; classy nose, with that vegative, smoky wisps; lovely shape & balance, real depth; finish with a grand flourish. Will age well.
July 7, 2023 - Rich nose with a bit of reduction and notes of minerals, flint, lemon, white peach, and a hint of smoke. Good acidity with more lemon notes and chalk on the palate. Nice finish. Well balanced between the rich flavors and ripeness of the vintage and acidity, but it could use a few years to fully harmonize.
June 12, 2023 - Moderately full and creamy with citrus, stone fruit, and mineral. Very nice wine.
May 8, 2023 - PNP at Kuki’o. Spicy lemon, flint and some fennel on the nose. Deep palate, medium viscosity and a lively complex palate. Drinks well.
May 7, 2023 - So-so
April 9, 2023 - Another flawed boillot. When will the pain stop. I had a great 18 mouchere weds side by side with a tight 17. The 15 tonight out of 375 was way advanced. Nutty nose, palate ok but flawed. When will they goto diam? Obviously a known problem. Why are no changes made. When on they are great but a roll of the dice.
