November 25, 2023 - Youthful but drinking well. Leafy but not green, ripe berry red fruit with good depths. A classic Loire Cabernet Franc.
February 12, 2023 - Solid, cool fruited wine. Juicy red fruits, ripe but nothing extravagant. Classic of its type now ready but will go on for some time.
May 30, 2022 - Intriguing nose of blackberries and other dark red berries. A hint of funk and earth. Typical Cabernet Franc mouth feel. Long finish. This is really great. Amazing value for $18.
June 4, 2021 - Bright leafy red fruits. This has softened a bit since I last had it. Leave for a couple more years.
August 10, 2019 - Love it. Dark, fleshy, granite-y, charcoaly, hint of funk. Great cab franc.
October 28, 2016 - First bottle of this. Bright, deep red. Nose a little subdued but some cherry and strawberry. Lightish but good balance, light tannin, reasonable structure. Fruit is red and fresh but not especially deep or long. Obviously youthful. I think this needs a bit of time to fill out and settle. Try again next summer.
