January 24, 2021 - Slightly corked I assume, even if I couldn’t detect it. Muted and uninspiring showing. Didn’t mirror experiences below. Too bad, I am curious to try this

September 27, 2020 - Left it for 30 minutes in the glass to open up. Very dark, opaque, youthful. Black fruit - plum and cherry, some prune, a little wood. At 14.5% alcohol, yeah, it's a little hot, but not really a problem. Very soft. A lot softer than I expected. You could probably pop and pour this. Fairly dry. Plum, black cherry, blackberry, coffee. Nice squeeze of acidity for freshness. Some dried berries as well. There's a woody component I can't quite figure out. Maybe pine? Some oriental spice on the finish. Good length.

70% Tempranillo, 15% each Cabernet Sauvignon and Graciano from a single vineyard. A decidedly modern take on Rioja. Very good, and quite enjoyable now, although I'm fairly certain there can be more complexity with time in the bottle.

May 22, 2020 - Wonderfully silky with dark red fruit, roasted oak, leather, tobacco, vanilla, cherry liquor (with stone) and most of all delicious (like valrona) milk chocolate. Layers of tastes and a marvelous expression of modern style Rioja.

December 6, 2019 - Malloy's Big Reds Tasting (Malloy's of Lisle): Retailer tasting. Roasted red fruit and herbs, with tobacco and mineral notes. Firm tannin. Big and burly, with loads of roasted fruit and spice on the palate.
