  • ONEFIVE Likes this wine:

February 19, 2023 - From magnum. Pretty tight on the nose.
Dense red fruit, dust, and a touch of vanilla.
Also tight on the palate. Curious to see where this will be after a few hours of decanting. It’s fairly one dimensional but quite good. Just don’t know if the tannin will ever settle down before the fruit fades.

November 16, 2020 - Pure Cabernet fruit, black cherry, a bit of tobacco, silky smooth and drinking so beautifully at this point. Will definitely hold for many years, but may not improve beyond its current state of balance and delight.

July 26, 2019 - Medium ruby red with a little bit of sediment in the glass. Still quite dark and powerful on the nose and palate with notes of plums, crushed gravel, cassis, blackberries, baking spices and some tertiary notes like cedar and forest floor. Well rounded with medium plus tannins (6.5/10) and a medium plus to full bodied. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2022.

June 6, 2015 - Very good nose of black fruits, currant, cedar and earth. Full bodied on the tongue with a long, smooth finish. Tannins resolved. Drinking great right now.
