October 9, 2023 - Was so much better o the second day. Should have decanted. Love the spice and fruit. Went well with a grilled chicken.

March 10, 2023 - Magenta with crimson highlights. Spice, earth, and cranberry nose. Medium bodied, sage, plums, pepper, black cherries, dusty tannins, smoke, good acid, and a long savory finish. Good with food.

November 2, 2022 - Notes of fragrant blackberry, earth floor, and leather, trace tobacco. Medium bodied, blackberry and meaty flavors wrapped in judicious tannins. Did well after it was decanted and I would recommend that to allow dispersion of off flavors
