March 21, 2021 - Notes follow 90 mins in the decanter. Red cherry, herbs, faint oak and vanilla on the nose.
Comes across the palate dry which lengthens the finish. Fruit is interesting as it seems concentrated at first, but quickly dissipates and is short on depth. Gobs of sediment.

While this is our first of Bobs Mt Veeder Cabs, we won’t judge too harshly as its consistent w the vintage. In the future I’d pull the cork and allow 30-45 mins of bottle air rather than decant. Drink up.
