February 12, 2023 - - Ruby color with fast forming legs and aromas of oak, vanilla and cherry. It's balanced and has flavours of cherry and black pepper with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a long finish - Decanted two hours. Long and rich finish, tannins are still very strong. This wine can continue to age. Delicious.
