December 26, 2017 - As previous note, though this time I was getting a little bit of cinnamon alongside the fruit. Lovely balance. Drank with a cheese board selection and it was perfectly matched. Great wine.

January 7, 2017 - This is too young at the moment but has a superb structure even at this point. Nose shows an air of flower (roses) and fruits (apricot and peach). On the palate the acidity is fresh and crisp, though could use some time to relax and mellow. It's a touch tart at the moment. Strong apricot, apple and honey fruits and there's minerality and bite to it. Superb. Look forward to the next one.
