January 20, 2022 - Subsequent notes on this wine from four years ago. Medium-dark reddish garnet in color. Full, forward & aromatic nose of ripe red cherries, blueberries & strawberries with overtones of floral notes of violets & spices, sandalwood, earthy/dusty, tea, some cola, minerals & a hint of vanilla in the background. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of dark cherries, blueberries & plums with spices, earthy, minerals & a hint of vanilla. Presently drinks quite well at 7 years of age but could develop further with additional aging.

October 23, 2020 - Very nice Oregon Pinot. A little tighter and more elegant than some others I have drank from the state.

September 7, 2019 - in fine shape with its simple ribbon ridge deliciousness and less opulence than other areas of willamette, a positive for me

October 27, 2018 - OR (3) & CA (3) Pinots (Vintage Wines Ltd., San Diego, CA): N: Slightly closed; Blk rasps, poss plums, some floral?

P: Med body; NICE frt met by some astringent pucker which QUITE resolves by the LONG, slightly tangy finish with a distinct swtness to the very, VERY fine tannins -- & only OCCASIONAL *hints* of a very, VERY slight bitterness. For now & the next 4 yrs. DELIGHTFULLY done! My EXC-/EXC, arguably the higher based upon QPR. [Check with this vendor if interested in their very COMPETITIVE price.]
