September 23, 2023 - Velvety. Not over the hill by any means Still showing silky berry fruit, hints of spice, sweet cedar, tobacco. Umami. Excellent

August 31, 2023 - You can still detect the core great flavors, but over the hill. A little flabby. Drink up.

March 15, 2023 - Napa meets Bodeaux in this classic Prichard Hill cabernet. The nose is explosive from the decanter with red cherry, cassis, tobacco, cedar shavings and baking spice. On the palate the power is turned down and you find a wine of breadth and focus without weight. Red and black fruit, tobacco, olive, cedar and vanilla.

Cult Cabernet at maturity is sometimes hit/miss due to high extraction, but this was far more classic than other wines of the era

January 7, 2023 - Christmas 2022. cork was bone-dry.....and decanted for four hours prior to drinking. so much depth -- smooth tannins and a long finish. a memorable wine!!

June 17, 2021 - Aromas of blackberry, leather, currant, dried cherry and hint of eucalyptus. Flavors of blackberry, currant, dried cherry, earth and berry. Ends with a big 45 second finish with dried cherry finish.
