August 31, 2023 - You can still detect the core great flavors, but over the hill. A little flabby. Drink up.

March 15, 2023 - Napa meets Bodeaux in this classic Prichard Hill cabernet. The nose is explosive from the decanter with red cherry, cassis, tobacco, cedar shavings and baking spice. On the palate the power is turned down and you find a wine of breadth and focus without weight. Red and black fruit, tobacco, olive, cedar and vanilla.
Cult Cabernet at maturity is sometimes hit/miss due to high extraction, but this was far more classic than other wines of the era -
