February 22, 2020 - Black fruit, earth, minimal pyrazine, and smoke. Med body, med+ tannin, and med +acidity. The oak stands out a touch, leaning slightly off kilter. Good and as expected at this tier. After 3 days, cinnamon stick has come forward, an influence from oak.
