November 24, 2021 - Still quite pale given its age. Intense, lime and citrus flavours, really long. Great acid cut. Excellent but really a baby even now after almost 6 years.

March 3, 2021 - Still a little Sulfur on the nose.
Fine lemon lime flavours with still firm long acids. Better in 5 years. A lovely example of Aussie Riesling. -

September 3, 2020 - Chalk, wet stones, almost a preserved lemon sorbet flavour coming through as well. Plenty of depth and concentration, rich but balanced, acid falling into line with a few years of age, starting to round out a little as well. Will keep ageing nicely but drinking really well now.

Soft texture with controlled acidity, minerals and lime
