    March 25, 2013 - WES - Fine White Burgundy (LSE Holborn): Clear and bright. Pale and vibrant. Lively. Peachy with some white flower (and a touch of oak?). Good acidity, fresh with more peach on the palate. Good length with sweet ripe fruit and a little caramel.

    June 16, 2011 - Wine Education Service - Fine White Burgundy (Imperial College): Light gold.
    Buttery nose, sweet citrus, quite sweet fruit.
    Attractive fruit, reasonable balance, bitter mid palate, medium length.

    June 16, 2011 - WES - Fine White Burgundy (Imperial College London): Clear and bright. Light gold. Simple apricot and citrus nose. Dry, ripe fruit. Some subtle oak. Not as much intensity as I would expect. Simple.

    November 5, 2009 - Wine Education Service Fine White Burgundy Tasting (Imperial College, London): Very good for a bourgogne blanc! Ageing fruit aromas, plenty of mineral notes, with a slight sweetness and florality. Soft palate, good acidity and great depth of fruit. Oily texture and some astringency on the finish. Punching well above its weight.

    October 11, 2009 - 2004 White Burgundy Blind Tasting (Clarke's place): reduced and also very oaky on the nose, and air time doesn't change this. much nicer on the palate, with lemon and mineral notes, but the midpalate is kind of thin.
