September 12, 2020 - Bright cherry in the glass, this wine “smells like an Oregon Pinot Noir,” one of our tasters opined. “Smells like a BBQ,” I also heard…but it could have been the ribs cooking. Raspberry on the palate and a touch of barnyard. “The ribs bring out a little smokiness on the finish.” Everyone agreed this wine was representative of an Oregon Pinot Noir from start to finish. Saw the note to decant this wine. Also, winemaker suggests cellaring longer.

April 9, 2020 - Popped and poured...mistake. Good enough upon opening that we thought we were getting all the bottle had to offer. The last glass took it from 88-89 to 93-94. Opened and even became way more floral on the nose. From 35 year old vines from a single vineyard in the Eola Hills AVA.
