November 1, 2019 - Opened it up for an hour before we first dug in. Just uninspiring. We expected more from a French S/G at 5 years old... Thin, lite, nothing memorable about it. B- / B grade on this OK juice. Nose is muted. Palate nothing to pick out- no complexity at all. Finish, just kinda wish it'd go away... Looks like we got it for $11 at Costco 1.5 years ago. Rather drink an Outlander Meritage from Aldi any day. Or certainly an Odd Lot from Kroger!!! Will buy no more.

October 4, 2019 - It's possible that this wine sat on the shelf for too long. It had a tinge of vinegar, but that got better as it was opened to the air. Overall, not a lot going on. Alcohol, earth, and cigar tobacco on the nose leads me to believe it's more syrah than grenache. Low acid. Not undrinkable, just boring. Let it breathe for at least an hour if you can.

May 22, 2019 - Very nice wine, drinking very well now. I should have bought a case at this price!
