    April 9, 2017 - Small vineyard (4 ha), apparently kosher produced Bordeaux wines.

    80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc. Initially very closed and "green". Opened up after about 45 minutes. Cabernet Franc notes (herbs, pepper, tobacco) are obvious, strong dry tannins, medium finish.
