August 12, 2023 - Iron, wet stone, inky, tart dark cherry, still tannin on long finish.
February 19, 2023 - Concentrated black fruits with a big handful of savory spices and a small sprinkle of baking spices. Darker flavors of licorice and creme de cassis build a brooding backdrop for the experience.
This is a nice wine that likely still has some time to go before it shows its true colors.
January 30, 2023 - In a odd place right now, i would hold this a few years. Good but not opened for business
October 16, 2022 - Nose of bright purple fruit, perfumed flowers, and some dusty notes. Plush palate of deep, dark fruit with a powerful forward drive bringing iron, dried herbs, thistle, and wet rocks across the tongue. Wild finish with layers of boysenberry, damson plum, tart unripe cherry, wet soil, and slate. What a sophisticated wine that's drinking well but will certainly last quite a bit longer - it's hard to describe the nuances.
June 5, 2022 - Undoubtedly a very god wine. However not to my style.
April 30, 2022 - Decanted 5 hours. Classic stink on the nose that gives way to hidden fruit profile of Syrah. This won’t reveal its complexity until after the 4th hour. If you like funk and mold, you’ll be in heaven. Perfect with stinky cheese.
April 3, 2022 - During a 67PallMall tasting event. Also here too young to touch. Very compact still and not releasing much aromas. Some aromas of dark fruit and farmyard. Polished palate. I would not touch this before 2028. 92-95
April 11, 2021 - Tasted the whole range here, and this is certainly a seamless, yet local wine, very open for the vintage,. Plenty of garrigue, black olives, oriental spice - great depth. Young, men quite open for business, popped and pured this day - and it worked.

March 13, 2021 - Lots of potential, needs a few years
October 23, 2020 - Darker purple, dark fruit, olive, and gaminess on the nose. Palate is also dark fruited, but at this point it’s quite tight. Full of potential, but compared to the 2011 really could use a few more years to mellow out.
