September 13, 2008 - Floral aromatics, with pear and orchard fruit and something a little funky that makes me think of okra cooking, but isn't that. Maybe this is the fishiness? Beautifully integrated palate of pear and mineral water and (okay, Levenberg, I'll go along with...) oyster shell. Tremendous purity in this wine. And a great, ascending mineral finish.

March 31, 2008 - The wine was simple and one dimensional. I wouldn’t buy it again.
March 31, 2008 - A subtle style, showing grass, unripe pear, and fainter fishiness and honeysuckle notes. Dry and slightly bitter, but with sneaky persistence. This really needs some seafood or something.
March 6, 2008 - Sue tried this and was not that happy with it due to initial bitterness. She mentioned a ton of minerality which I guess can go either way based on other notes here. I will try to catch it tonight.
January 24, 2008 - Great nose with acacia florals, honey, face powder. Some yellow stone fruit and chalk in the mouth. Good value.
January 21, 2008 - not that moved by this wine decent but not great
January 4, 2008 - Had this immediately after a muscadet, and in comparison, this had a smokey sweet sensation on the palate that stood right out - but might not have been as apparent without the previous wine. Really nice minerality to go with great acidity and floral light colored fruit.
September 10, 2007 - Floral nose with a fresh cut straw component and a touch of pear. On the palate, primarily a floral flavors mixed with some apple, peach, and lemon peel with well-balanced acidity and mineral notes throughout.
