Community Tasting Notes 12

September 21, 2019 - Consistent with most previous bottles. Medium crimson in color, this wine revealed dark red fruits of blackberry, plum and black cherry on the nose. The mouth feel was medium-bodied with subtle smoke and spiciness. The finish was somewhat short with added black cherry notes. 13.5% abv.

Purchased for an outstanding sale price of $75US/case, this was a pleasant sipping wine albeit somewhat one-dimensional. But at this price, it's a perfect wine for parties.
