December 26, 2020 - A surprise. I was a bit skeptical especially considering the vintage. Instead good surprise. Color still alive, not too intense. Elegant nose, still excellent, small red fruits, a touch of leather and an almost saline note. In the mouth immediately a certain tannicity, but not annoying, very intact and very pleasant center of the mouth. Quite long finish. Medium-bodied wine, still in good health.

December 8, 2012 - Opened up very nicely after a couple of hours in the decanter. Starting to loose the fruit, structure still good. To drink up now.

February 25, 2010 - Mixed Bordeaux at PRIMA: nose - reminds me of a napa zin - overripe fruit, then oak
mouth - tannins way outweigh the fruit. Some plummy flavors. the tannins are bitter. lacks elegance but went fine with 'fatty chicken' which turned some heads in the restaurant.

June 5, 2008 - Forgot to put my last bottle on a safe place and poured it today. A lot of elegance. But not all that spectacular. Ok, but not really special is the verdict. Not coming close to what a second growth should taste like, but certainly not unpleasant. Will probably not improve.
