March 19, 2023 - Very Good++. No notes, enjoyed by all without food. Would be very nice against shellfish.

    12.5% abv

Very good QPR at $17 USD.

March 30, 2022 - Last of six bottles, and maybe the best one yet. This has mellowed and softened (without any loss of verve) like a good 1er Chablis (WTF for a $17 village wine). Went fabulously with steamed, shrimp-pork cabbage rolls and shrimp-shiitake mushroom sauce and fresh cilantro (I know...too much information, but the pairing was memorable). Also, good by itself, but it seems to just extract and enhance food, which always elevates my perception of any wine. 89-90 by itself, and 91+ with food.

October 14, 2021 - No hurry to drink these. Still lots of bracing acidity, along with lemon, tart apples, and pears. A little bit of greenish pineapple, too. Longish finish. Punches above its weight, as it's better than some 1er cru that I've had.

March 23, 2020 - This is an awesome wine, punching way above the grade of a baseline Chablis. Wonderful QPR around $17. We loved it with grilled marinated chicken tenders with pesto and pasta. Straw colored, citrus tones with peach predominant. Some mineral presence but, still, some cream as well. Truly wonderful!!

January 26, 2018 - Light to medium weight in body; nice crisp acidity; primarily citrus with some late fruit tastes with additional lemon peel, earth and sea salt (I don't think I've ever used sea salt as a descriptor before, but that's what popped into the frontal lobe). Ends with a pleasant wet/dry finish with sourness. Good.

December 16, 2016 - Bright focused attack. Hints of lemon and smooth stones, followed by a medium finish of grapefruit. Leaves your mouth feeling refreshed! And wanting another sip......
