March 29, 2024 - So, so good. If only the pricing hadn't almost doubled.

November 28, 2023 - A special bottle for me so I may be a bit biased. Relatively dark in color. Very intense wine. Ripe red fruits, some dark cherry, some whole bunch spice, really intense on the palate, with quite some minerality and a medium + body. High alcohol, long finish.

November 24, 2023 - Continues to be in a great spot. Well-balanced, full bodied, elegant. A real joy!!

July 21, 2023 - Consumed at Black Pearl. Gave the somm a taste and he said it was one of the best non-Burgundian pinots he’s had.

July 18, 2023 - Prior bottle was 8 months ago and this wine continues to drink beautifully. Red cherry, black cherry, spices, earth and just a touch of vanilla on the nose. Medium bodied with a very similar fruit profile to my prior with black and red cherry, then deeper black cherry through the middle with plum behind. Mid-body is polished and elegant with true depth to the fruit expression. Tart black cherry, light spices and earth along with fine grained tannins provide structure behind as well as length through the finish. Perhaps slightly more depth and elegance in this 2015 as compared to the 2014 from yesterday, but not enough for an actual score difference. I'll plan to save my last bottle for June/July 2024 to again drink alongside the 2014 as the comparison is quite enlightening.
