July 27, 2017 - Librandi (Rome): Nice, bright, light golden yellow.
Intense, complex and fine at nose: mainly sweet notes of vanilla and then toasted wood, wax and acacia flowers.
Great personality at taste, with a nice acidity and minerality well balancing a strong alcohol (14%) and barriques notes.
Still, sensation are detached, not amalgamated. -

July 22, 2017 - Fairly neutral if temperature is too cold, however as the wine warms character develops. The nose is clean, and light with notes of mineral, stone, peach, and earth. The palette is equally as savoury, medium + in body. Notes of mineral, stone, earth, peach, thyme, white pepper. The finish is very long and pleasant, overall very good quality, but not suitable for aging.
