February 16, 2020 - Pale lemon green in the glass. Still quite subtle aromas of unripe citrus fruit, unripe pineapple and green mango. Quite steely and lean on the palate, but compared to the basic Deutz NV, this doesn't have a lot of grip or depth to it. Could open up in the years to come, but I doubt that it will offer tremendous levels of excitement compared to other Deutz bottlings.

September 30, 2019 - 2019 MW Champagne Tasting, nose of apple, brioche, and citrus, on the palate, lovely, rich, sweet, big body, just great, delicious, very tasty, needs 3 years to peak, and a long, long, long finish.

September 2, 2019 - Le Tour de Champagne Tasting (Hotel Intercontinental Amstel, Amsterdam, NL): Trade tasting, brief note. Fresh and minerally, tightly wound, needs time to relax and develop its flavours, upward potential is clearly there.

March 4, 2019 - Swedish Brand Portfolio Tasting (Stockholm, Sweden): Stor autolytisk ton av brödighet och en kraftig men följsam attack av syran.

    January 15, 2019 - (Disgorged in spring of 2018, 65% PN, 5% Meunière and 30% Chardonnay)
Youthful nose showing freshly baked bread, yellow apples, lychee and citrus notes in a very pleasant way. Fresh and youthful palate showing a bit odd, but nice exotic fruit sweetness that leaves a bit oiliness on the finish. It shows enough underlying acidity that should allow this to turn into something beautiful if laid in the cellar for half a decade or so. But right now the exotic fruit is dominating.
    (Probably best 2023-2032)
