December 1, 2016 - Enio Ottaviani (Rimini): Same wine as the Clemente I, but aging a few months in barriques.
Very nice brilliant golden yellow, with greenish tones.
Complex and fine at nose: mainly agrumes (cedar) and a fumè background.
Wood hints prevailing at taste, but supported by a good acidity and high minerality. The wood is not providing a structure.
