  December 29, 2022 - Drinking really well. Lemony flinty goodness. Tasting blind most would have no idea it was a VA wine - but it had enough local oomph to make it interesting.

  January 23, 2021 - Gets better with a little time after opening. Was very bright and acidic on first taste after opening, soften up just a tad after 30 mins.
  Very crystal light yellow color. Light herbacious nose with apricots abd lemon zest. Big bright, acidic flavors. Green apple in front, drifts to big lrmon/lime, and added minerality; subtle hints of apricot, grapefruit, and pineapples. Finishes with a light vanilla.

  July 28, 2020 - Very good linear chard. Lots of lemon, salinity, and acid. Reminded me of a decent premier cru chablis in a cooler year.

  Smells of white flowers and rubber
  Tastes of grapefruit with a touch of kiwi cream
  Bracing uniform acidity
  
  An interesting & compelling wine with varied aromas and citrus flavors; A touch more unfocused flash than I expect from this site.

  July 13, 2019 - As with the 2010 vintage, the color here is a pale yellow. The nose is oddly tight. Almost nothing from the glass on the nose. But on the palate, the wine is very different with crisp, bright apple, lemon, and hazelnut. As the wine warms some lemon curd appears. Very little of a finish, however. With perfectly crusted crab cakes. 13.5% alc. Recommended.
