December 8, 2020 - Enjoyed it with Chicken Parmesan and Penne with a Creamy Red Sauce (vodka). Opened and decanted for 30 minutes. Poured and drank. It was perfect. Nose of red fruit, cherries and blackberries, on the forward tongue, smooth and silky on the mid palate and a long finish. Very well structured with tanin integrated. A perfect wine with this meal!
