May 12, 2019 - Piercing, citrus, steel, and minerality. Expansive mouthfeel, great acidity, clean and satisfying finish.

February 6, 2019 - Flower day - purchased in 2012. Pale gold in colour with little mousse and pin prick sized bubbles that lasted through the whole bottle. Fabulous nose of citrus, brioche and minerals. Silky and yet bright on the palate with amazing depth of flavour. Long finish with the citrus and brioche flavours continuing. Stunning!!! This is why it’s worth laying Champagne (even non-Vintage and traditional method bubble) down for a few years!

December 26, 2018 - The bottle had thrown a fair amount of sediment, yet the wine remained vivacious and lifted. It embraces food, and paired spectacularly with Serrano ham and Manchego.
