  November 28, 2022 - These went way too quickly. Gorgeous cherries on the nose, with rose petals, violets, white pepper, dill. Crystal clear focus on the palate, dry tannins, tangy acidity. Pure, vibrant, crunchy red fruits. The balance is superb. I wish I had held onto them a bit longer though, as the best days are a few years ahead.

  December 12, 2021 - 醒酒近一个小时，闻香是车厘子和一些香料感，还有蘑菇和肉鲜味，入口酸度高，单宁紧致，细腻如粉，有矿物感，酒液咸鲜，酸梅汁一样的口感，樱桃一类的红果香气，后段辛香料味，还有橡木桶的奶油，酒的集中度高，口感扎实，酒液有些粘稠感，香气层次很丰富。虽然最近喝了很多带梗发酵的黑皮诺，但是我感觉这一支应该是很传统的做法，去梗，果味，浓缩，应该是老藤葡萄，非常好喝。余味是红果味，木质香气，以及香草气息，持续不断，满口留香。

  April 29, 2018 - 2015 Vosne-Romanée Village Blind Tasting (Chicago, IL): Single blind. Generous, forward nose that is rather simple with black cherry and spice. Palate is rich and dense, almost thick with spice-filled black fruit. Very 2015, by reputation. Long and tasty but inelegant. Fun now, but does this have the acidity to go the distance?

  April 29, 2018 - 2015 Vosne-Romanée AC blind (Chicago, IL): Served single blind in a flight of 2015 Vosne-Romanée AC. There's nothing exciting here, but this is still a very nice and approachable bottle of wine. On the denser and richer side of things, with a good amount of fruit concentration and a great dose of spice. On the other hand, this does come off a little simple on the palate.
