October 10, 2021 - Drinking in its window now. Full bodied. Shows bittersweet chocolate, graphite, blackberry. Integrated tannins. Can go longer but my vote is to drink mow-2024. This puppy is ready.
September 21, 2021 - 1st time tasting an offering by Sojourn and it didn’t disappoint. Wine pours ruby red, semi-opaque, beautiful aromas of earth, loamy soil, mushrooms, wet moss with a drizzle of red and black fruits. Wonderfully balanced, medium bodied, silky smooth, ripe tannin, nice acidity and memorable finish of forest floor! Cheers 🍷🍷
December 31, 2020 - Decanted for 60 minutes. Big body, smooth tannins and a lot of dark fruit with a little chocolate. Long finish.
February 25, 2020 - Drank this at DiFara's (pizza) with WineBerserkers in Brooklyn. The 7th annual Fat Tuesday offline. It was yummy on pop n pour. Full bodied. Dark color. There was some wine left for day 2. I found the wine to be richer than the first day, but no complaints on Day 1.
November 26, 2019 - Excellent!! Great nose and silky smooth flavors with a long lasting finish. Everyone enjoyed.
June 17, 2019 - Nose of black berry, black cherry, touch of earth and mocha, same on the palate, big body, 3 years to peak drinking, easily last another 10 years, juicy fruit, delicious, especially after 40 minutes in the glass, great future ahead, and a long, long finish.
January 17, 2019 - Pnp. Nice fruit, approachable now (but can hold), tasty Cab.
December 17, 2018 - This wine went excellent with surf and turf. Earthy with a great nose and lots of tannins. Would buy again
