March 13, 2018 - What a wild wine. Tastes like Roussanne meets Chablis. Golden delicious apple, poached pear, candlewax, jasmine. Delicious!

January 20, 2018 - Crusty, oxidised, mineral aroma. Great energy on the palate with deep penetrating saline fruit, electric acids, and an everlasting finish.

August 31, 2017 - Gold-bronze in the glass, with crisp apple fruit on the nose.

I often use this descriptive with wines from the Jura by Tissot, but this is very savory on the palate. Nice persistence, good acidity - this is really very good, and a wine that I need to start thinking about buying more of.

June 9, 2017 - Light gold; nose is vaguely pleasant, but otherwise unremarkable.

Tart & savory on the palate, with a quinine-like note on the finish. More interesting than delicious, but a wine I am glad to drink/own.

March 24, 2017 - Deeper yellow/bronze-colored in the glass; nose is somewhat neutral at this point.

Full-bodied for a white, with adequate acidity and good persistence. Much like Tissot's wines from the Jura, I enjoy Belluard's whites because they make me think about the wine - not the kind of wine you gulp, but instead savor.
