Pas bu dans les meilleures conditions (passait après 2 grands Jura), mais brièvement:
Fin et puissant, bien minéral, aromatique assez discrète, mais -étrangement - j’ai toujours avec ce vin une sensation de céphalée assez rapide.
Je retrouve cependant la belle énergie de cette cuvée que j’apprécie avec qq années, révélant son terroir et sa tension saline.
January 21, 2024 - Nose not very expressive at first. Then opens up on hay.
Wine is long with depth without any flaws. Taste of hay and grapefruit.
No particular evolution through the dinner. Ready to drink now.
November 11, 2023 - This was declared "off" by some in the room, but I think they were just bothered by the VA, which was fine by me. It continued to open up in the glass, and my third pour was best for me. I would say it's in need of a few more years to come together. I would decant it for a few hours if I encountered it again anytime soon.
May 20, 2022 - Gorgeous! Aromas of Apple, mountain herbs and stone. Kind of an apple/grapefruit fruit expression in the mouth with hints of mountain herbs, lots of minerality and a long finish. Beautiful wine!
April 20, 2022 - Pure and intense, aromatic nose with ripe apple, flowers, earthy tones of honey, waxy texture, high acidity to match. Absolutely beautiful
December 24, 2021 - Oxidized! I'll have to open my remaining '15s to see if they are all dead!
February 18, 2020 - Love this wine. This is so delicious. I love the grapefruit, mountain herbs, mineral notes. I wish I owned more!

August 18, 2019 - Very pleasant easy soft wine. Beautiful perfume, but some light acid on the finish. Great sipping or food wine.
March 24, 2019 - Drinking great. Love the grapefruit here, straw, minerally. Very long finish.
