March 30, 2022 - Beautifully aged, gracious, harmonious and silky. Still has some fruit left. THis has always been, and still is, a very trustworthy, true-to-type and affordable example of Barolo.

February 6, 2021 - Limited notes. Decanted for about 30min to help blow off the funk. High sediment. Cherry nose, some tar. Medium+ body. Fairly one dimensional palate of dark red fruit. Drank well but nothing special. After 90-120min past opening changed fairly dramatically for the worse, so I think it’s time to drink up.

November 5, 2018 - Autumnal. Layers of leather earth tobacco, fall leaves, and minerals. Really lovely. The fruit is integrated into those layers.
