January 18, 2019 - unoaked, bright, fruity with a nice balance of minerality and fruit. Much prefer the Leeuwin chard to this. Drink now

April 8, 2018 - I'm ambivalent about this. I appreciate the oak treatment quality with those vanilla and coconut coming through. However, the purity of fruit doesn't quite shine through. Yet you can sense that the very best of those lemons, grapefruit and citrus are lurking underneath. Advantage is that the acidity will make it food friendly.

August 31, 2017 - SLDS September 2017: Slate, ripe orange, peach, lime, vanilla and lemon with some toasty oak as well. Palate finds good balance, with rich fruit but good oak structure and acidity. Young but shows lots of promise.

April 8, 2017 - Australia trip; 3/25/2017-4/10/2017 (Australia): At winery. Round and surprisingly oily but still well balanced, 30% new oak. Nice but not among the very best Chardonnay on this trip
