  August 23, 2019 - Pop and pour and taste with food and on its own.
  Pale gold color.
  Nose shows hint of wood and mineral/stainless steel.
  Not big fruit profile - a little pear and white peach, and a lanolin element. Some flint/match stick on the back end.
  Not offensive but not particularly inviting.

  August 5, 2019 - Apricot, florals, lime and seashells on the nose. Nice white fruit and lemon- lime on the palate. Light bodied but acidity strong enough to keep it interesting.
