April 9, 2019 - Same descriptors as last time, but it's filled out a bit and the pendulum has seemingly transitioned to a bit more on the rich side of things (in a good way; very much still a balanced wine). Really nice tonight.

July 27, 2018 - Medium yellow to light golden color. Aromas of lemon, pear, green apple, pineapple, almond, and saline/sea spray. Medium (+) body, acidity, and finish, and leaning more towards crisp and fresh and bright over rich and complex, with flavors of bitter citrus like lemon peel and grapefruit, along with saline and minerals. Has a bit of viscosity as well. Definitely a good seafood accompaniment.
