September 18, 2021 - Garnet with traces of orange on the rim. A world of difference with the Marcassin I had last night. Much more delicate with rose petal aromas and a more linear profile. Soft tannins, almost silky. Persistant finish. Even better on the second night…so decant for a few hours to maximize your pleasure:) Enjoy now.

March 10, 2021 - An excellent Pinot noir. Moderately light red colour. Red fruits (strawberry/raspberry) lead into floral and herbal notes. Great complexity in the flavour. Body is not very heavy.
