March 18, 2019 - Cederic Bouchard tasting with add-ons. (LystPå resturant Bodø): Sweet spice. Fresh with long bitter fruit/citrus. After some swirls in the glass and with the added air malt, yeast and brioche jumps at you from the glass.

February 15, 2019 - Quite powerful and fruity but with nice mineral and toasty notes. Feels complete and rich but without becoming overbearing, probably because it's grand cru but extra brut. Very impressive length. This was a January 2018 disgorgement, and it is likely to benefit from aging.

February 9, 2018 - Didn’t read the disgorgement date, but def felt like an older bottling. The wine itself was still very light and pale in color, but there was a bit of an extra evolution of flavors that often seems to come with a touch of age. Not a champagne that totally entranced me, but one that I found myself enjoying and coming back to regularly through the night.
