February 12, 2024 - This bottle wasn't up to the last bottle but still quite nice. It seemed at the end of prime drinking; the fruit was just not as bright and fresh but still tasty and good body. Middle showed the brambly spice and the end had nice tannin in the fruit finish.

March 23, 2023 - Needs at least 30 minutes to open up. Big full Zin with blue and red fruit notes followed by some minerality and spice. All held together with integrated tannins and incredible balance.

September 18, 2021 - 18 months later this is still a fine example which still has a nice dusty but softer tannic texture and healthy acidity for pairing w/food (burnt ends in particular). Finish seemed a bit subdued but still nice herbs/spices and peppery profile provide complexity and balance.
