March 28, 2020 - Granny Smith and a hint of pineapple. Creamy, but not too buttery. Nice acidity and finish. Paired pretty well with a sharp Vermont cheddar.

February 6, 2020 - Pours into the glass a brilliant yellow with tinges of green. Hits the nose with pineapple and green apple. After 30 minutes, some smokiness seemed to creep in. Smooth, very creamy mouthfeel with medium+ body. Medium acidity. The mineral-driven finish is short, but I want to go back for another sip. A very pleasant wine that went well with our roasted chicken.

Plenty of bite, tangy, razorsharp and then opens out with a creamy mouthfeel. Long
